
This page gives some examples of Assertiveness Rights. This page can be printed and used to supplement an assertion training class. I gave this to a few of my clan members to pin up in there room and read each morning. The last few lines are blank for the resident to write their own.
ASSERTIVE RIGHTS
Include these rights in your everyday thinking and gain self-respect, as well as respect from others.

3. feel and express anger.
4. be treated as a capable human being.

10. judge my own behavior and be responsible for it.
11. take pride in my body and define attractiveness in my own terms.

14. structure my own time priorities.
